Do You Accept Crypto Currency for rent?

Does anybody accept Cryptocurrencies as a form of rent payment? I have been asked if it was a possibility several times and have never accepted however An argument can be made that there are some substantial benefits. If you do how do you process the payment? If you manage a property on behalf of someone how do you liquidate the asset to give the owner cash? What do the people of bigger pockets think?

My tenants can pay rent with cryptocurrency, of course!

... As long as they convert the cryptocurrency to dollars first.

And pay, in USD, via one of the approved rent payment methods in their lease.
