Trying out Chase QuickPay

With Chase, you can no longer make a cash deposit unless it is to your own bank account so that inconveniences my tenants that pay rent in cash via direct deposit

I signed up for Chase QuickPay to try out the free service

It seems easy enough as all I needed to do was give my tenant an email address and but I am waiting for funds from the first transaction

The tenant (who does not bank with chase) scheduled a payment for the 5th of March and I got an email notification of the payment which I then accepted.

The tenant tells me that the funds have been removed from their account today on the 6th

I will post another update when I see the funds in my account cuz it's not there yet

PS The official chase timeframe verbiage is "The transfer of money will be completed four to five business days after you accept the payment, subject to the processing times of the financial institution from which the sender is sending the money."
