Who "owns" the fruit produced on your property?

Single family residence, large lot, with three mature mango trees. During late spring and early summer probably drops 50 mangoes a day for two months.

Some of them claimed by raccoons, squirrels, possums and birds.

Who owns the rest?

Landlord? Tenant?

Nothing explicit on the lease.

Landlord does pay for lawn maintenance. I let the lawn guy take the coconuts from the five palms.

Personally I don't care either way, there is enough for everyone, and left over for neighbors times 3. Just thought this may be an interesting discussion.
