Co-Tenants don't get along

I have a couple that no longer gets along. Both of them are on the lease and now the woman wants the man to move out. She has been threatening to move out if he doesn't go. He will not leave because he says he hasn't done anything wrong. I'm trying to stay out of this and I've asked them to work things out but the problem continues. I spoke with him and let know he would be let out of the lease if he left on his own but he still refuses to go unless she goes also. Is there anything I can do as a landlord? The house is in North Carolina by the way. Thanks.

next time they call you to discuss who has to stay and who has to go just tell them "the rent is due on the 1st, call me if anything is broken"
