Texas - When to file eviction after trustee sale

In Texas, it typically takes about 30 days after a trustee foreclosure sale for the auction winner's deed to post to the county records. Does anyone know if you have to wait until the deed is posted to start the eviction process on the former owner, or is having the trustee sale receipt enough to get things started?
