void lease since tenant did not pay deposit
We are in a situation where tenant asked to send the lease in docusign and signed the lease and completed. But we did not receive the deposit in 24hours. How can we void the lease ? The Applicant doesn't respond and so we sent a message asking if they would like to cancel the lease. The lease document clearly says Amount due at Signing in bold letters.
