I am looking for a form listing typical things that needs to be cleaned by the tenant once they move out. Could you please share one?

yup, everything.

Some less obvious spots are:

Dryer vent and screen for lint.

Slide out range and clean up the gooey stuff behind the range and side, back walls. Same with the fridge.

Reach down into the tub or shower drains and get those baseball size hairball out.

Microwave and range hood filters decreased.

Damn those super expensive refrigerator water filters!

Ice, vinegar, lemon peels, bleach treatment for garbage disposer.

Inspect septic tank if you have one.

Ceiling light fixtures and fans probably have dead mosquitoes and other bugs up there, clean that glass shade or at least use a compressed air canister to blow them out.
