Chicago Section 8 Housing
Developer from Nashville here and just acquired some property for renovations. Talked to the CHA and they said there are no section 8 listings available and that only tenants can control the property being section 8. Anyone in the Chicago area that would be able to help point me in a good direction on how to get these properties to section 8 or find section 8 tenants?
