Hello! Are there property management companies out there that also offers bookkeeping services to the landlords? If yes, what is the usual inclusions and rate? Is this something that landlords would be interested in or need?

@Ran Fridman what specifically are you looking for?

Most PMCs use PM software that tracks income & expenses and provides a monthly Owner Statement and some type of Annual Statement for income taxes.
