Lease Renewal Letter

Does anyone have a sample letter they like to send to tenants at the 60-day out from lease renewal date? I would love to see what you send. I'm due to send one on 1 April for the first time. I plan to increase rent by 5% and would like to reflect that in the letter.

Any other information you think I should hear about and share in the letter will be greatly appreciated.
