ceiling leaking repair

Milton certainly did some damages to my rentals in Orlando. Two of my rentals have some leaking from the ceiling in the rooms and don't see much actual damages on the roof itself.

How do folks make the ceiling dry and fix it?

The roof and drywall should be covered by your wind insurance. I don't know a lender in the state of FL that allows you to get a loan without wind insurance.

You have to let the drywall dry out first. We normally put high velocity fans in to help speed up the drying.
