Hourly/per-showing contractors (agents?) for rental properties
Does anyone know of any folks in the Austin, TX area available to show properties to potential tenants? I manage properties remotely and can handle all the leasing/management pretty easily with my team. Just need someone to come show properties to tenants looking to tour. I imagine this is a similar model to Redfin's associate agent program that pays by hour/tour. Any leads? Thanks!
