Texas notice to vacate error
These tenants have zero intention to pay.
i gave a 3 day notice to vacate but a week later realized I have to give them 30 days (cares act)... I then gave a 30 day notice to vacate.
do I have to wait 30 days to file eviction from the 30 day notice, or does the clock still start from the original notice
they are terrible people with zero integrity. They plan to abuse my property until cops would remove them
