Need inputs on utility sharing for main unit and JADU

Hi,

I am trying to rent a Single Family home which has main unit and attached JADU (Junior ADU) and they share the same utility. Plan is to rent the main unit and the dwelling unit separately and kindly provide your suggestion on how to split the utility since both the units are metered commonly for Electricity and Water.
