Section 8 Garage Question
Hi all,
Looking at a property for sale and the interior is turnkey, but there is a fully detached garage/workshop in the backyard that is falling apart. Would HUD approve of the home if its written in the lease that tenant cannot have access to the garage? Or would it have to be demolished? Left some messages with the housing authority with no response.
