Charleston SC insurance options

I'm shopping for hazard insurance in Charleston. The property is actually on James Island and I was quoted over $2,200 for $150,000 coverage. $2,500 deductible and 5% named storm deductible. It's a1978 townhouse.

I have two other properties on James Island insured with Travelers for higher premiums and they're way way less. Travelers isn't writing for rentals here anymore. Has anyone else recently researched insurances in Charleston?

Thanks,

John
