Investing a few hours away
I’m from Albany originally and looking to invest in a 2 family house there. I live in NYC now and my dad in his retirement would primarily be running the in person when I cannot. He’s also very handy so I’ll be using him for any maintenance needed. Any things I should be wary about investing not where I immediately am living? Thanks in advance
