Hi All,

I have a1B/1B listing. I prescreen applicants by calling to confirm residential history and current employment (yes, I Google the phone number first). I, then, use RentSpree to run credit. 

I have an applicant, who passed the prescreening process. The RentSpree report does not include his current employer. How concerned should I be?
