Each unit of duplex with different PM,How proceed with insurance additional interest

Hi All,

Each unit of duplex with different Property managers like unit A with XYZ PM (who i recently moved a few weeks back and they are asking to be added to insurance as additional interest) and unit B with ABC PM for the last few years (but they never asked to be added as additional interest so far). How to proceed with adding xyz PM to additional interest on insurance policy as insurance is on the whole duplex building not individual units right? Please advise.
