Rental investing abroad
Looking at investing abroad but I have no idea what kind of tax and legal implications would surface. Anyone out there have any experience with this sort of strategy or know a few good resources I could use? Currently looking into Austria as I was there on vacation and loved it, but I've thought about other locations around the globe for years but never pulled the trigger.
