new refrigerator for rental

Hi All,
Which new refrigerator model size you usually buy for rentals giving about 1600$ a month in B-/C+ neighborhood I think. I would like the same vendor to put in a new refrigerator and haul away the old one without additional cost to me.Thanks,GP

What David said.  If it is unoccupied, go for as simple as possible.  Look at what is on sale, factor in delivery costs and when it can be delivered.
