Newbie on Multifamily in Boise...
Hello all, looking for some general knowledge, do's dont's... about a month away from closing on 11 units in Boise 2 4-plexes, and one tri-plex... In the air about using a property manager, or not. any words of wisdom are welcome...

Hi Garrett - Congratulations! That is quite an accomplishment. I will be setting up the next Boise BP Meet up soon - would love to have you join us. Whether or not to self manage is totally dependant on your personal situation. Lots to consider - and if you are planning on self managing, I would read Landlording on Autopilot by Mike Butler. Tons of tips on how to manage efficiently.
