Wrought Iron Railing Rebuilder Recommendations?

Hello! I have a small porch railing which has badly rusted and needs to be rebuilt or replaced.  ~16 feet of railing total.  Does anyone have any recommendations in Metro Detroit area for someone who can do this?  It's pretty specific, so I'm not seeing too many recommendations online.

Railing heights are now required to be 36" tall.

Home Depot railings will be fine for this.

As of right now no, I think I am just going to skip the railing on the rebuild.

Sorry I wrote my comment confusingly, I meant that railings are required when the PORCH height is 30"+.  So I'm not sure I need a railing at all.

I actually did some googling and I read that 30" might be the requirement for when you need a railing in Michigan, so I may just throw the railing away for now.  I'd rather it be gone than be a cheap replacement.

So far I've been quoted $2950-3400 to have a new railing built that is regulation height.

Sure here's some photos. Yeah I guess I could go to HD, I've just been keeping almost everything original at the house so I figured why stop now.  (But if the quote to fix the iron is $$$$, that would be a reason lol). I'll find out! (Porch is still in destructed state, so I have some time).
