Ideal renting strategy with small ADU
Hi - I've got a property with a house and an ADU. The ADU is ~275 sq ft, the house around 1,000 sq ft. I live in the house today and do short-term rental for the ADU. I am considering moving out and expanding my RE portfolio. I am wondering the best approach to long-term rental of a property with an ADU.
eg. Rent both together, rent separately. In the area I will not be able to short-term rent if i move out of the primary house.
