Landlord Policies - Puget Sound

I am curious of who folks in the Puget Sound area are using for landlord policies?  I am currently with Safeco who just ran up my rate by thousand +.  I was previously with Travelers and they kicked me to the curb because I didn't have a "local" property manager, as I self manage.  I would like to use a small mutual, like Mutual of Enumclaw, but they do not provide Landlord polices.  Steadily said, "we don't insure in the Puget Sound area because of being close to water" Seriously... are they worried about hurricanes in the Puget Sound.  Anyway I would love to hear who folks are using and why.  Thank you.

We have used several carriers over the years.  American Family, Farmers, GEICO, American Modern.  Our properties are in Des Moines, Renton and Burien we also self manage.  I've had some trouble with insuring but mostly when we chased rates.
