First Time Landlord? Are DSCR Loans Worth It?

If you're stepping into your first rental portfolio, DSCR loans can help by leveraging rent, not your job.

But they come with underwriting quirks.

What has your experience been — pro or con — using DSCR loans at the beginning?

It can depend on your situation. DSCR loans take away the personal income component, which can make qualification easier. They do have their nuances (costs, prepayment penalties, etc) like anything in this world.
