Learning to underwrite
Hey all! I'm new to RE investing and I want to practice underwriting deals in my free time so I can better understand the process and be proficient at it when it comes time to actually getting a deal. If anyone is open to hopping on a call to connect and discuss how you underwrite, your thought process, your numbers, etc., I'd love the opportunity! Whether it's for a rental property or a flip, both would be awesome to learn. YouTube videos only give you a sliver to the whole pie lol.
