Hurricane storm panel installation
Just need to tighten up on my lease agreement.
For those of you who are coastal, and renting homes that comes with removable storm panels, do you have any provisions in your lease as to:
WHEN should shutters be installed/deployed? At hurricane watch? At hurricane warning? Whoever blinks first? Guided by the insurance policy?
WHO is responsible for putting them up and taking them back down? Landlord or tenant?
