Landlord Tech Stack

Just purchased an out of state property (duplex). Was initially planning to hire a property management company, but after some discussion and given the property quality, I am going to self-manage. I was thinking of using RentRedi for landlord management and Baselane for banking and reporting...given these are pro perks with the annual membership.

Would love the community's thoughts and recommendations here. If this stack will suffice, pros/cons, or any other recommendations and what I might be overlooking.

Thanks!

@Austin Barry there are lost of options to make it work.

Your biggest challenge won't be tech, it will be boots on the ground.

How are you planning on handling:

    Showings?
    Maintenance calls?
Occupancy checks to determine tenants haven't added occupants, pets, etc?
    RentReady repairs between tenants?
    And more...
