buildium SCAM- ongoing email conversations, nothing gets done.

I am really frustrated with buildium. I transitioned from the middle service (annual) to the most basic service (monthly) a month ago.

They charged me an extra fee for their inspections services- which I never asked for and did not want. With the most basic plan, they will not allow you to talk to someone on the phone - so for the entire month I have been communicating with customer service via email over the same issue. I told them to remove the charge and removed the service from my account. Each time I spoke to someone _ which  tooks days for them to reply- they would say they took care of it. I did not update my payment method online until I saw that they had removed the charge. The customer service person sent me a receipt to show they gave me a refund. I logged in and updated my payment only to find that they did not remove the charge and I am still being charged for the same services that I asked a month ago for them to remove.

I opened a complaint with BBB- and this has been going on for 3 weeks- they still have not fixed the issue. And when I attempted to cancel the service all together- it now says it will be cancelled in like 340 days, even though it is a monthly service. I keep communicating with customer service and nothing gets done.

I have a lot personal stress going on so my threshold for this BS is low. I wasn't sure what else I can do- anyone have any ideas?
