Lease language for in unit unfinished attic access
I’m renting out a unit with in unit access to an unfinished attic. There is no other access to this. I’ve had holes closed but very occasionally (maybe once a year) a critter will get in and quickly leave. What should I put in the lease to make sure they keep the door closed/locked, only use it for storage, and anything else that goes along with an unfinished attic?
