Countertop Material for Rental

Joel Morin
Posted

Hello all!
I'm looking for info about countertops for a rental property. I'm renovatingh the kitchen, and I've been thinking I'd just do laminate countertops because they are affordable and pretty durable, but in some of the research I've done I'm seeing granite or quartz is a better choice for rentals, because they are much more durable but, that comes at a much bigger price.
So my question is, what do you all tend to do?
