Landlord first steps
Hi all, thanks in advance for reading. I just signed a contract for a townhouse that will be my first investment property. Now that I decided to enter the real estate game I'm looking for some information about how to get a rental agreement for the state of Missouri, any info about how to get the screening of tenants, is there any service that anybody recommend for screening tenants, and in general all information that you can share is really appreciated.
