It makes sense if you can balance these two questions: 1) What is the savings for cash flow if you refinance? and 2) (Cost to Refinance) divided by (Monthly Interest/Cash Flow Savings) = Break Even in Months to recoup costs. Do those make sense? Either way, that might be an oversimplification, but there's your answer.
