Replacement Flooring

We have a nice SFR property which we target to professional couples or families here in Oklahoma. We have a good quality blue carpet in the home currently and are trying to decide whether to keep it, replace it with a more neutral color or replace with some form of wood flooring, laminate flooring or tile flooring throughout. What does everyone think?

Check into Vinyl plank flooring. Lots of choices. The wood vinyl plank looks very good. Practical. Nice high end look. Advantage you can replace planks and not entire floor like a sheet good. Check it out
