Is there any benefit in recording an investment property on llc's name
hi there! i was wondering is there any benefit in recording an investment property on an llc's name. for example, if the tenant wants to sue me he/she will only be able to go after the llc's assets and not mine?
also, if i eventually resell the property the new buyer will only be able to go after the llc and not after me ?
