Ceiling fan for 8 feet ceiling homes

Hi,

my ceiling height only 8 feet at rental. Which ceiling fans are good and safe to use in this case.  I do not want tenent to hurt their hand if accidentally they lift the hand. Please advise

For shorter ceilings, I prefer those fans known as 'low profile ceiling' and/or hugger fans; they come 'encased' like a light fixture so there's no risk of hand capture or damage from being hit.  Hope this helps...
