Home Inspection Repairs

Matthew Soucie
Posted

Hey Y'all,

I appreciate any responses in advance. I recently had an offer accepted on a new constriction duplex and had a home inspection done. There are several items that need to be fixed. What is the best way to go about getting this done?

Require the seller to make the repairs.
