Tesla Charger in the renal property

Sachin Gupta
Posted

HI, My current townhome where I live and have a tesla charger will be a rental property. Should I leave the tesla charger as it is right now or get it pulled out or get it attached to junctional box. Should we add anything to the standard leave agreement to cover the tesla charger usage. Please suggest.

if tenant is paying for electrical .. then for sure leave it would be a bonus.. there are adapters for other electric vehicles that you can use with the tesla charger. I see nothing but upside
