Birmingham Alabama rental investment
Hi,
Metros like Atlanta no longer cash flowing. I am considering to invest in Birmingham Alabama which is about 3 hours drive from Atlanta. Any pros and cons investing in this market. Anyone investing. I heard one investor told me someone stole HVAC in his unit at Birmingham AL. Which zip codes are safe and good to invest to make more cashflow beyong 1% rule may be 2%. I do not like septic tanks, crawlspace, code issues and buildings before 1970s. Please advise
