Eviction diversion program payment delays
Hi everyone,
I was wondering if any landlords here have recently gone through the Eviction Diversion Program and applied for the Targeted Financial Assistance (TFA) program.
I applied on behalf of one of my tenants back in May. After submitting all the required documents, my application was approved in June, and the portal status changed to "Application Approved, Payment Pending."
It's now been almost 8 weeks, and I still haven't received the payment from PHDC.
Has anyone recently been paid through this program? If so, how long did it take for you to receive the funds after your application was approved? Or is anyone else in the same situation, with their application approved but still waiting for payment?
I'd really appreciate hearing about your experience. Thank you!
