Satellite TV Removal

I know that you can't prevent tenants from installing satellite TV, but can a landlord require a satellite TV company to remove the wire, and restore the holes? Similar to handicap installs.

My tenants just moved out, and left me a crappy satellite installation, with wires run though holes in the wall.

So you want a satellite company to come out for a free call and take it off?? I think that one is doubtful. Doing that would eat up a ton of profit.

Is this a house or an apartment building?? In your lease in some areas you might not be able to stop a satellite but you can stipulate where they can install it. For instance on some apartment buildings the lease says it has to be on the ground with a pole in specific location versus mounted on a roof etc.

No legal advice.
