Seeking landlord in south jersey
I'm looking for someone who does lease to own purchases in the Burlington county area.
I want to make the investment in purchasing my own home. I have some credit issues that I am in the process of working out. However I am stuck in a lease paying $1500/month rent on one income.
I am seeking a landlord to purchase a house and rent it to me under a lease to own contract for a term of 18-24 months. I am looking for a handyman special, one that I can fix up myself adding value and therefore protecting your investment. Return on your
