credit score when screening tenants

Just interested in hearing what credit score you look for when screening tenants. I'm seeing scores for many tenant applicants lower than I expected, even ones that on first impression seem to have it all together and seem like they would make good tenants, then you pull their credit....

At what score level are the tenants reliable?
