Tenant being evicted posting untrue facts on FB public profile
My neighbor filed to evict tenants for nonpayment. The day they posted the Notice to Vacate the tenant posted on FB (public profile) making untrue and slanderous statements about the landlord. They have a scheduled court date for petition to evict should the landlord use the FB posts as a document?

I would take screen shot print outs to court. I had a contested eviction trial that went 80 minutes. I had full documentation and the JP looked at everything I brought, including text, voice mail, and email transcripts. I won, but it was brutal.
Make sure you are fully prepared. Chances are the Facebook postings won't be relevant in court, but they could be.
