What to include in the Lease Agreement

I am about to lease my single family home which I rehab and now ready for the lease. I am going to lease to section 8 family. Next week, section 8 inspector is going to come to inspect the house.

Reading other people's forum, I did ask for the proof of income (food stamp, SSI and SSA) and copy of ID/driver's license. Anything else I should ask for?

What are the things I need to add for lease? Any suggestions for lease document?  Does anybody like to share the copy of lease?

Thanks in advance.

Thank Chris. I did the screening for the tenant and ready to ask future tenant lease agreement. I am not sure what to include in the lease agreement.

So the free Florida Residential Lease form won't work for you? In addition to the lease, there are 20 or 25 forms about real estate from the Florida bar (you know, the lawyer guys;) under the "For the Public" tab. Just google (per my prior email) it or go to it below:

I'd just fill in all out and use the whole thing. In other words, that's what I would recommend you include in the lease. You will also want to know the Florida Landlord amd Tenant law... a link to that was in my prior post.
