Renting to the homeowner next door.

The woman next door came to me this week and wants to rent a 2 bedroom I have next to her house . Why , she is getting her home totally re done ( it NEEDS it bad)  Now the good part , she is a pack rat . And a bit  strange .  I am letting her place 2 sea containers on my lot  for storage while the construction is going on .  But I am weary of renting to her for 6  months.  Looking for pros and cons...
