Renting to a Tenant Who Works from Home
Hello All. I am a new landlord. I am considering renting an apartment in a two family house (both units are rentals) who will work from home most if not allof the time). Are there any special considerations that should be taken into account or standard clauses that I may need to add in the lease agreement to cover myself given that she will be conducting business from the location?
