week 2 week renting problems
Well I just bought a property and made a week to week rental with a tenant and her son... then the boyfriend moves in then a dog then another dog they are good people and I have tried to help BUT they are now too far behind for me to keep up with this junk... Is there a way to evict them and have the state or county pay and put a judgment on them? and if yes can i put in other fee's like the cost of the lawyer? MAN I NEED HELP !!!
