I am considering buying a tri-plex in Desert Hot Springs, Ca . I'm concerned about the vacancy rate and local rents. The units currently rent for $400 ea. The property needs a fair amount of work. Asbestos siding on the larger unit. What is the growth potential for this area?

Hey Peter,

Did you ever go through with buying that property?
